Plotfire Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI video generation platform operated by Ravilution. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our application at plotfire.pro (the "Service").

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Authentication credentials (securely managed by Supabase Auth)
  • If you sign in via OAuth: your profile name and email from the provider

Story and Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service:

  • Story text and prompts you submit for video generation
  • Answers to follow-up questions used to refine your story
  • Generated video jobs and their status
  • Credit balance and consumption history
  • Feature usage patterns (via PostHog analytics)

Payment Information

If you purchase a credit pack, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. We receive from Stripe only your customer ID and billing status metadata needed to provide access to purchased credits.

Automatically Collected Data

  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • IP address (used for security and fraud prevention)
  • Pages visited and interactions within the Service

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process your story and generate video output
  • Process payments and manage credit balances

  • Google Gemini — Story refinement and prompt generation

  • Render — Application and workflow hosting

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. Story text and video job data are stored only for as long as needed to deliver and display your results. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and follow industry-standard security practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated video jobs and story data are retained in your dashboard history until you delete them or request account deletion. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
