By accessing or using Plotfire Pro ("the Service"), operated by Ravilution ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Plotfire Pro is an AI-powered video generation platform that turns written stories and scenes into short film previews. You provide a story or scene; our system refines it with follow-up questions and generates a one-minute video clip. Videos are delivered to your dashboard when ready.
3. Accounts
- You may browse the landing page without an account. Generating videos requires a verified account.
- To purchase credit packs, you must create an account using a valid email address or supported OAuth provider.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Credits and Pricing
Credit Packs
- Video generation is powered by a credit system. Each generated video consumes one credit.
- Credits are purchased as one-time packs — Solo Scene, Storyteller, and Movie Director — with no recurring charges.
- Purchased credits never expire.
- Displayed prices and available currencies may vary by checkout region and applicable taxes.
Free Access
- Browsing, story drafting, and story refinement are free and do not consume credits.
- Credit packs are required to generate final video output.
5. Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Credit pack purchases are processed as one-time payments; there are no subscriptions.
- Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Contact us to request a refund.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
- Submit stories that depict real, identifiable individuals in false or damaging contexts
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
- Circumvent any rate limiting, credit system, or usage restrictions
- Share your account credentials with others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
7. Generated Content
- Videos are generated by AI and may not perfectly reflect your story input. Results vary based on story complexity, prompt clarity, and model capabilities.
- We do not guarantee that generated videos will be free of visual artifacts, errors, or unexpected content.
- You retain ownership of the original story text you submit. The resulting generated video is licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.
- You may not use generated videos to misrepresent real events, impersonate individuals, or create deepfakes.
- We reserve the right to refuse generation requests that violate our content policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Ravilution and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific video output quality. AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable; we make no guarantees about the aesthetic quality or accuracy of generated videos.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravilution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with generated video output, loss of credits, or service interruptions.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
